Cancellation Policy
At Rio Salon, every appointment is carefully curated with intention and uninterrupted time set aside for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide a minimum 48 hours' notice for cancelations or reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service. No Shows No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and in order to book again, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits I require a deposit to secure select appointments. This amount will be applied toward your service total. Late Arrivals Arriving late may reduce the length of your service to avoid delays for other guests, and full-service charges may still apply.
